Valentine’s Day Ideas for 2021

Hey Guys,

Go out on a date with yourself!

When was the last time you went on a date with yourself? I would imagine it’s been a while. If so, take some time to treat yourself today! Too many people forget to take care of themselves and take time to better themselves. Treat yourself, don’t just go out to a fast-food restaurant. Take yourself out, treat yourself like you would like your date to treat you. If you have a significant other then I would recommend going on a date with them.Another option would be to go out with a friend or family member! Also, zoom dates are an option as well!

Go for a hike.

Going out on a date doesn’t have to be going out to a fancy restaurant or doing some lavish thing. It can just be that you both go out for a walk or go to the nearest hiking trail and see where you end up! Use this time to enjoy the beautiful world we live in. If you live in a city, you could go to a local museum, you could also find a local park and walk around there! Make some valentine cards for your friends and family! Many times we forget about our family until it’s Christmas time or some other major holiday. Take some time to make and send them some love this year!

Go to a local event.

I’m not sure if there will be many or any in-person events this year. Don’t let that discourage you! There are plenty of online events to attend as well, you just need to look! You might be surprised.

Craft something with either your significant other or with some friends

I know that not everyone is super crafty! That’s okay! I’m not either but it’s fun to attend a pottery class or some sort of crafty workshop! You could also make a scrapbook or homemade cards, or paint a canvas! I’m sure that there are some other crafty things to name but I’m not super crafty so, this is what I could think of!

Go out for a drive around town

Sometimes it’s fun to just go around town and sight see! So many people haven’t seen everything their town has to offer! You might be surprised by what you find!

Learn to Bake?

I tried to bake something this past Christmas and it did not quite work out the way I intended. But, don’t let that stop you from trying something new! There are plenty of recipes out there you could try! Disclaimer! If you are a pyromaniac please do not try to burn down anything!

I hope that I’ve helped to give you guys some ideas of what you can do this year for Valentine’s Day! Also, I understand that due to the state of the world you may not be able to do all of the things listed here today! These are a few available ideas. I will have a link below to some other writers who have way more ideas for this year!

As Always, Be Strong and Courageous
